Trehellas House Hotel is a Grade II listed building dating back to the early 18th century, originally a courthouse. The property retains original Delabole slate floors on the ground floor and the external mounting block. Rooms are available in the main house and adjoining coach house, with family rooms and non-smoking rooms offered throughout.

The Courthouse Restaurant occupies a beamed, candlelit room with a Delabole slate flagstone floor. The restaurant is award-winning and sources meats, fish, fruit, vegetables and Cornish cheeses from local producers. Special diet menus and kids' meals are available upon request.
